HOW IT WORKS
Tell us about your business and we compare the US, UK and Estonia. We help you see which option deserves a closer look and what to check before deciding.
No prior experience needed. You can choose “I’m not sure” where available.
Points for how well an option fits your needs.
It does not mean an 82% chance of success.
If it meets your requirements and no pending details could change the order, option A would be the first to explore. Review its conditions and costs before buying.
Fictional options and numbers to explain how to read results. They do not represent countries or an assessment of your business.
STEP BY STEP
The number helps you compare. But it is not the only thing we consider.
If you need a company in a specific country, an option elsewhere does not become a recommendation just by scoring higher. Some situations need a professional review before moving forward.
Your answers contribute points based on your business, customers, budget and needs. The total ranges from 0 to 100: more points means a closer fit under our rules, not a higher chance of approval.
When one option stands out, we highlight it for you to explore first. If they are very close or missing details could change the result, we say so without forcing a winner.
WHERE THE POINTS COME FROM
Your activity and the market where you need to operate matter more than a personal preference. We use the same rules for everyone; no AI decides the scores.
Whether you sell services, digital products or another type of offering.
Where you sell and whether you need a company in a specific place.
Your timeline, the number of founders and any prerequisites.
How much administration you are comfortable handling.
What you can spend to start and keep the company running each year.
Payments, business banking, invoicing and remote management. Each service requires its own approval.
For example, your preferred language or digital administration.
Together they add up to a maximum of 100 points. Your nationality and residency do not add points. Neither do provider commissions.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No. It is guidance for research, not an approval. You still need to check requirements, costs, obligations and whether providers accept your situation. It does not guarantee a bank account or tax benefits.
You can continue if you choose “I’m not sure” where allowed. We show what still needs confirming. A pending price is not treated as free. If those costs could change the order, we do not pick a winner. If a required answer is missing, we ask you to complete it before calculating.
There may be a tie, a gap of up to 3 points or missing details that could change the order. If none reaches 60 points, we do not show a strong match. If your case needs professional review or falls outside what we compare, we provide information without choosing for you.
If you state that you need one of those states, we respect that requirement. Otherwise, we only choose when complete, current annual costs are clearly lower in one. Without enough information, we keep both alternatives.
Commissions do not change country scores or the recommended order of providers. We compare what providers offer, compatibility with your case and the available information. Anything unconfirmed is shown as pending.
You can review and edit your answers. Your comparison changes when you confirm a new assessment.

OPEN METHODOLOGY
Editorial operational-fit hypotheses, without legal calibration or conversion validation. No AI calculates or modifies these scores.
Each raw value ranges from 0 to 1 and is multiplied by its weight. Ranking uses the unrounded sum; the display uses the nearest integer. Nationality, residency and commissions do not add points.
| Dimension | Maximum |
|---|---|
| Business model | 20 |
| Geographic needs | 20 |
| Setup friction | 15 |
| Ongoing administration | 15 |
| Budget and costs | 15 |
| Infrastructure | 10 |
| Preferences | 5 |
Exact equality: tie. A margin up to 3 points: close options, no unique winner. Highest score under 60: no strong match. Each unknown cost component is tested at 0 and 1; if the leader can change, ranking is uncertain. Stable visual ordering US, GB, EE is not a recommendation.
We compare setup budget against setup costs and annual budget against year two. Within budget: raw 1; up to 1.25 times: 0.7; up to 1.75 times: 0.3; above: 0. Complete ranges average both endpoints. Unknown budget, stale sources, incomplete scenario or missing FX: provisional raw 0.5. Unknown costs never become zero.
We preserve a declared state requirement. Otherwise, a route is selected only when its complete current recurring range is entirely lower than the other. Overlapping, equal or incomplete ranges keep both alternatives. Institutional investment never selects Delaware LLC.

Editorial policy: prices and programs every 30 days, official facts every 90. Promotions have their own expiry. Observed does not mean verified. Historical snapshots are never rewritten; confirming answers creates a new run.
