Scope

We compare USA LLC (Wyoming or Delaware), UK Ltd and Estonia OÜ for educational purposes. We do not form companies, verify identity, open accounts, collect company formation fees or act as an authority or authorized agent.

Results and limitations

Your match is based on your answers and general operational comparison rules. It does not determine your tax residency, tax liability or legal obligations.

Company formation does not guarantee approval for bank accounts, payment processors, visas or other services. Each provider evaluates applications separately.

Matrices are editorial hypotheses without legal validation. An operational match does not determine eligibility or obligations. Pending or stale data must be reviewed before purchasing.

Derfos Startup OS

Startup OS is a separate educational product: a free questionnaire and initial direction; the full plan costs €10 per project, one-time payment, with 90 days of access from payment confirmation and no automatic renewal. Includes sourced providers, checklist, export and Business Command Center and Product Development HUB templates to duplicate in your own Notion account. Export and duplicate during access. Third-party tools, subscriptions and services are not included.

Production payments are processed by Stripe and access is enabled after payment confirmation. SANDBOX indicates a test with no real charge or real bonuses. Options follow editorial rules and do not guarantee earnings or acceptance. Save your private recovery code. For delivery issues, cancellation or refund requests, contact info@derfos.com; these terms do not limit applicable mandatory rights. A refund or dispute revokes access pending review.

Content, trademarks and templates

Provider names and logos identify their respective owners. Their appearance on Derfos does not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Startup OS access includes duplicating both templates in your Notion workspace for your use; it does not include resale or redistribution rights. Any provider contract is separate and subject to its terms. We do not offer unconfirmed discounts, timeline guarantees or commercial agreements.
